Donation-based yoga ($10-25 suggested – cash, Venmo or PayPal).

PRIVATE CLASSES also available by appointment.

 

WEEKLY SPRING SCHEDULE:

(no classes April 10-21 except at River Studio)

TUESDAYS – 

10:00-11:00 AM Yoga Hike at Veronica Valley County Park, Lake Leelanau (Walk-ins welcome)

FRIDAYS –

7:30-8:30 AM Men’s Gentle Yoga ONLINE (Register here)

10:00-11:00 AM Community Yoga at River Studio in Leland with ONLINE option (Register at River Studio website for in-person; Register here for online)

March 29 @ 2 PM – Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath at Leap of Faith studio in Maple City (Contact us to sign up – space is limited to 10 but if we have enough interest we will offer 2 classes)
